OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE BALTIC-FIT PROJECT
With over 10 years of experience in research and innovation funding, Anromind provided comprehensive support for the BALTIC-FIT project.
Strategic & Hands-on Support
Our contribution to BALTIC-FIT encompasses proposal writing support, preparation of grant agreements, compliance with project commitments, reporting to the European Commission, and identifying the potential for exploiting project results. We combine strategic insight with hands-on expertise to guide the project from early planning to successful implementation and impact. Our involvement helps streamline complex processes and keeps the project on track — technically, strategically, and contractually.
Workshops & Mentoring
We provide hands-on, practical guidance through a focused series of four workshops on proposal writing, project portfolio management, EU policy alignment, funding diversification, and strategic networking.
Through a personalised mentoring programme, we support young researchers through the full proposal journey — from identifying relevant calls to final submission. In BALTIC-FIT, two researchers receive tailored guidance from Anromind mentors, including individual mentoring plans, one-on-one sessions, group follow-ups, and in-depth feedback on draft texts and budgets — building both confidence and skill.
Dissemination & Communication
We enhance the project’s visibility and impact by supporting the development and implementation of its communication and dissemination strategy. This includes two interactive workshops on promoting research via social media, publishing strategies, open science, stakeholder engagement, and pathways to commercialisation such as IP protection and spin-off creation.
Visual Identity
We shape the project’s digital and visual identity — creating and managing the website, overseeing content development, and coordinating social media outreach. We also produce a comprehensive promo kit with logo, leaflets, presentations, posters, and a video introducing the project to a broad audience.
